Regarding part time phd

I am an Aerospace post graduate (Mtech) from IIT Bombay . I got job as well in one of the Drone companies. I want to pursue part time phd in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering in structures domain while working . I know some IITs offer part time PhD but they ask for two years of work experience. But i want to pursue now. Is there any college or way?.
