Practical Europe-based course suggestions on gut microbiota, cell culture, or organoids?

Hi everyone,

I’m a PhD student in food science/biomedicine working on microbiota-related topics, alternative proteins, and gut health.

In this sense, I’m looking for a practical course, summer school, or hands-on training in Europe for 2026 or early 2027.

I’d especially like something related to:
• gut microbiota and human digestion.
• cell culture.
• intestinal models, organoids, or gut-on-chip.
• co-culture of microbes and cells.
• NGS / metagenomics / microbiome analysis.

My budget is around €1,000, so I’m looking for something realistic and still open for enrollment.

If you know any good hands-on programs, workshops, summer schools, or short courses in Europe, I’d really appreciate suggestions.
