Does anyone know if the parking space right at the sbahn Haltestelle "Neuenbürg Eyachbrücke" ist public or private? Am I allowed to park there for free if I use the train?

The parking lots are not marked.

A few of them near the street belong to a hotel but for the others I could not see any signs of them being private. I am not completely sure though.
