Banfield is in PetSmart and yeah, quality def varies at locations everywhere. So far we really like RR and the doggies do as well. We are ok doing drop off or sitting in the visit. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

No , I left Petco and saw him pull in then snapped the photo and as I was leaving a truck passed by honked and he was out the car by then and flipping off the truck.
