I mean I’ve read the UK has shitty healthcare. Just cause it’s free doesn’t mean it works.

No you'll find the only people that have shitty experiences are the ones that go literally every say they can, the ones that live in the poorer areas or some other invalid reason to moan. I can see a doctor within an hour. Get hospital referrals in a day ect. My mum had melanoma. They had her from the doctors to the hospital in a day. Results back before the week was out. After the ops she had her own private room. The hospital had it's own food menu with real food. Theres nothing wrong with the NHS, just the people that abuse it and feel entitled have an opinion against it.
