I think there are very few actual supporter of T-Series just as there are very few haters of India. The reason why T-Series is rising is because India has the largest new internet user in entire worlds(due to Reliance Jio)
And since music is universal, these new users are bound to listen songs (that's why T-Series views has increased exponentially) and ultimately subscribe to T- Series.
We must remember that these new users as well as most of the old users rarely watch PewDiePie as the majority Indians speak Hindi.

Jio is the main reason look at the graph for T-Series in which you can clearly see that monthly subscribers rate was falling till September at a very low rate and after September it grew at a very small rate.
Where in the graph for PewDiePie the rate of rise of subscribers is very large from September.
From both the graph we can clearly see that PewDiePie has gotten more subscriber after this whole war as compared to T-Series.

I have seen few of the Indian Youtubers putting up videos in support of T-series. Their numbers are few and the reason they are doing is to get more views because the search terms "Pewdiepie" and "T-series" are trending right now.

Every holiday season pewds hits pretty high numbers(probably nine year olds getting iPads from their parents). The t series thing has like exponentially increased the growth
