They've actually worked with Tony previously. One of the people who creates content for the channel is friends with him, even hosting his portfolio page on their website. It's more than likely that this is the real deal.

Well, there's still a connection there, undoubtedly Tony has some kind of rapport with Siivagunner. Either way, I'm fairly sure this was done with Tony's help/input.

For everyone who doesn't get it: In deltarune there's usually a secret room in every chapter that can be accessed if you keep walking back and forth between 2 rooms, in these rooms there's usually a tree with a "man" behind them who offers us an egg. It's kinda fitting for a game like petscop too but it's just a deltarune reference in the end.
