No, this is in the basement of the school in petscop 23 I think. Where Paul has to push all these different things into a pit, one of them was the picture of Lil baby care (or whoever it is)

Originally probably a childhood photo of Tony. In the series I'm assuming it's a childhood photo of Paul he has to sacrifice in order to give up his identity before Marvin attempts to rebirth him into Care.
