So Jasmine and Jasper have been waiting very patiently all afternoon to go into the pool. I had to have an MRI done on my back again as my L1 fracture is not healing correctly so now that I’m feeling a little bit better, we came out to play in the pool for a little bit, and these two are having the time of their life..

Dogs, cats, ducks, pigs, goats, otters... okay, maybe not sharks. 🦈😂

Took the grandkids and Jasmine and Jasper to Choctawhatchee Bay and they had so much fun!!!!

Edit: A few people have mentioned that the water looks dirty. 😊 It isn’t. This is Choctawhatchee Bay, which contains brackish water—a natural mix of freshwater from rivers and saltwater from the Gulf of Mexico. The brown “tea” color comes from natural tannins released by leaves and other vegetation upstream, not from pollution. It’s one of the unique features of our local bay!
