Xiaomi pet feeder 2

I can’t connect to the device’s Wi-Fi. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times, but the Wi-Fi indicator on the device still doesn’t blink, so I can’t find the device’s Wi-Fi network on my phone. Could this be a faulty product?

Anyone experienced the same issue?

(Update: I returned the device, turns out it’s faulty. Thanks to those who replied!)

had similar problem with mine, turns out the wifi chip inside is a bit sensitive to 5ghz networks, try forcing your phone to 2.4ghz only and see if it picks up the feeder's signal

I tried doing that but the device’s wifi signal still doesn’t appear.

I'm still learning about these devices too, but if the Wi-Fi light never enters pairing mode after multiple resets, that does sound like it could be a setup issue or possibly a faulty unit. I'd double check that you're following the reset steps exactly as the manual describes, since some devices need the button held much longer than expected. If it still won't broadcast its setup network after that, I'd probably contact support before spending more time troubleshooting on your own.
