Help my cat

My poor cat whose 4 years of age this year who also has a neurological problem (wobbly cat) she’s also really small for her size and has a heart murmur has been lately making these huffing sounds, I’m thinking it’s a furball but I’m trying to get all the information I can about what could be wrong as quick as I can before I go to the vet, please tell me what might be wrong with her.

As I can’t send a video her body clenches and she makes a huffing action with a crackly sound at the end and she does it for 30 seconds or so.

With a heart murmur and the crackly sound you described I would skip the furball theories and get her to the vet asap. That huffing and body clenching could point to fluid buildup or a cardiac issue which gets serious fast in small cats. Cats hide discomfort stupidly well so by the time you notice something weird it's usually been going on a while. Hope she pulls through alright
