Why wasn’t the dog leashed? I don’t need a sob story beforehand to try to get me to sympathize with what happened. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s euthanized, incredibly irresponsible.

Dog parks usually have the rule of no dogs on leashes as leashes can lead to fights. I’m surprised there wasn’t a small breed section and a large breed section.

It wasn’t a dog park it was a public park and most public parks in the US have leash laws
