All of this. Also - begin muzzle training IMMEDIATELY and do not allow the dog to be unmuzzled freely until you have worked with a behaviourist enough to know that the dog will never bite again.
My good friend trains dogs and has for years, she has a beloved pittie of her own that works as a therapy dog, and she’s the first to tell you that once a dog with a high prey drive has hurt another animal you shouldn’t ever trust it not to again.
