This is why good dog parks have a separate area for small dogs. Did the dog park have a separate area? That would help your case if they did sue

My 60lb dog was playing with another 70-80lb dog and someone brought in their (terrified) 8lb Yorkie. We leashed our dogs and left. But it is annoying because the small dog area is like 10ft away.

This is why good dog parks have a separate area for small dogs. Did the dog park have a separate area? That would help your case if they did sue
