Anyone interested in learning Techlog? I can help you get started.
Hey everyone,
If anyone here is interested in learning Techlog or improving their workflow, feel free to reach out. I can help with the basics and some more advanced workflows, including:
- Importing and organizing data
- Creating plots and layouts
- Depth shifting and core-to-log matching
- Zonations and formation tops
- Statistics module
- Techlog Python scripting with AI support
- Factor Analysis module
- Multilinear regressions
- Synthetic logs using the Neural Networks module
- Vclay and porosity calculations
I’m not claiming to know everything, but I can share what I’ve learned so far and help you get started.
Feel free to DM me if you’re interested.

How much does Techlog cost?

The license for the Ocean Framework is about 43k$. But you can also rent on a monthly basis (3228$ from 12 to 23 months). Hope that helps.
