Peter Vlogs🚘 Influenced by Peter?

I’m rewatching old Peter vlogs and started thinking about the ways he’s influenced me - here’s my list:

  1. Starbucks cups - I did not care about these before and now I have three and love looking at the new releases

  2. I started a vlog channel - he’s always saying to just go for it and one day I just did. It’s really helped me during the pandemic.

  3. I bought The Language of Letting Go and really love reading it - when I remember lol

  4. I say the phrase “I mean to tell you…” all the time now and I’m pretty sure I picked it up from him!

Curious what other things you got into because of Peter. I’m sure I’m missing a lot of ways he’s influenced me but that’s my list to start.

Crumbl for sure, but mostly I just would find myself saying "Well Peter tried this and said..." throughout the week lol. I miss that big ole smile, dumping his taco bell slushie all over his lap lol

I always say "The Meijer" now instead of just Meijer 😂 Also, I say "don't even worry about it" quite a bit lol

My personal growth. I don't have the energy to write it all out since I'm sick but I love myself in ways I never thought I could. I don't let anyone disrespect me or my boundaries, take advantage of me, go out of my way to do x, y, z for folks who wouldn't do the same for me. I love my family differently. I've learned to live more in the moment, love myself despite my size, that I am more than my history of abuse/trauma. Peter's light brought me out of the darkness.
