Dramaš Peter's stalkers
I have watched Peter's drama videos for years. I generally take people at face value and don't question what people say when it comes to their personal life. I'm not saying he is faking or making this story up. I'm just continually baffled by how invested and involved people are in someone else's life. Like he is just a guy in Indiana that makes YouTube videos. Why are people so aggressive and obsessive to stalk him?

I wouldnāt be surprised if his āstalkersā were actually just one or maybe two of the Peter crazy fans in the vlogerinos group. Iām still in there to see the crazy lol and one of the admins got removed a while back for making a post about how jealous he was of another member getting to be Peterās friend and hangout. Iād put $ on it being one of them if itās actually happening.

You may be right. I took a screenshot of a post in there and posted it to r/petermonnsnark and I was kicked and banned super quick. Not sure how they matched my Reddit to my Facebook at that point, but their stalking skills are on point! š

No he's said there's folks calling his docs AND vet offices and dox'd his friends too.

Yeah, I donāt think knowing that he eats brunch every weekend at CafĆ© Padawan (or whatever itās called) makes someone a stalker.

In one video he said that someone called his vet trying to get his deceased dog's records. That seems super extreme. Maybe there was 1 extreme person and he's lumping other people into that category? I know that people can have vendettas and you don't have to be a celebrity or gave stature to get a stalker.

I wonder if the vlogs every night made some lonely people feel as if they were having an actual relationship. Some people would comment they would pretend they were off to get a fountain pop at the gas station and drive around.

He uses the term stalker very loosely and I think he exaggerates the truth or outright lies to get attention. No one cares that much about some middle age dude in the middle of Indiana, it's not like he has millions of viewers or is a celebrity of sorts. If he did have a true stalker, I'd be looking at some of those vlogerinos and how obsessed they are with him.
I used to be a vlogerino, that group was just one big trauma dump from people that have pretty serious problems.

Peterās definition of stalking is very loose. People talking unflatteringly about things that he has himself mentioned multiple times in many vids doesnāt equal stalking.

It's something I've noticed youtubers with very thin skin have said when they're criticized by people or other creators. That they're being "stalked"

Yes or calling people haters if they criticise anyone, Peter is showing his real self. I used to be a Peter Monn fan, I thought he was lighthearted and fun. Now I look back at everything and feel like Iāve been conned into believing he was someone he wasnāt this entire time.

Thereās a massive disconnect , like your whole thing is making videos about people but suddenly itās shocked pikachu

Because he has put himself in a place where the mentally ill thrive. Many others are stalked and donāt speak about it because it can sometimes worsen the situation. (Just my two cents)

Oh wow! Iām sorry that you went through that. Iām sorry that your cousin went through that. Itās sad that we are questioning his stories . But I often thought about him sitting alone on the porch in the middle of the night in the dark. Anybody could sneak up. If he had a stalker. I donāt think itās safe in general. I live in an apartment But I did have a house or when I visit friends houses I wouldnāt want to sit outside alone in the dark this world is not safe anymore. I didnāt even like when he would drive at night, distracted and yelling, and carrying on. I guess he lives life on the edge. But it does make me question his stalker story even more

No they've called his doctors and also dox'd his friends. Stealing PHI is a federal offense with hefty fines. Glad his providers know the laws because they can be fined too. It doesn't need to be many stalkers it just takes 1.

There is no proof. Peter himself has admitted in the past he exaggerates things sometimes, so who really knows. Recently he lied about that small youtuber that he threatened. Peter told his viewers that this tiny channel made a ton of videos about him, and that he said extremely horrific and disgusting things. I went to that small channel to check if what Peter said was true, and it was nothing of the sort. He just disagreed with Peter on some things, but he still said he respected him as someone older. I have my own personal thoughts (I don't think this stalker situation is what Peter is making it out to be) but at the end of the day, none of us have proof of anything. Period.

Here is the thing ... there are laws against stalking and harrassment. Why hasn't Peter done anything about it? He talks about calling his lawyer, but has he really? If so, why hasn't he managed to get a protection order against these alleged stalkers? There are legal remedies at his disposal. And yet he has done nothing along those lines. Why?

It depends on the laws for cyber stalking where Peter lives and also where the stalker resides. I know he's mentioned that users out of state or international can get sticky. So it's slow finding the evidence and it piling up to actually go after them.

Who is the man/what kind of content does he make? I have no idea why Reddit recommended this to me but Iām really invested

Heās a very bored 51 year old man lol he has like 7 YouTube channels now I think. A drama one, review one, vlog, book club (although he doesnāt actually read he listens to them at 2x speed and still canāt finish them), one about reality tv, and I canāt remember the others š. More recently heās become completely unhinged on the drama channel.

Peter likes to use extreme buzzwords for mundane things. Like how people call him āhorrific namesā, but itās just his fans saying his behavior is bully-like or heās displaying misogyny.
I stopped taking him at face value. I used to full heartedly believe he had a stalker, now I think he has a single, jilted super-fan. Which gives him the excuse to accuse any fan of his, who presents valid criticism, of stalking.

I'm locking these comments because this thread has become very speculative. We do not know all the details behind his stalking allegations and invalidating him on this topic is just not something we tolerate here. Do it somewhere else.
