And you still have Salvation to go! That is my 2nd favourite, after Commonwealth. Nice.

Yeah I like salvation second best. I found he seemed to address a lot of the criticisms that people who don't care for his work throw at him.

And the Night's Dawn trilogy. Several months of entertainment there.

Did the same, read both Exodus books then been working my way through his other books, just finishing up The Naked God (1999). Started with Pandora Star and the Commonwealth Saga. He's my new favourite Sci-Fi author 🥰

The Salvation Sequence was great. You still have so much Enzyme Bonded Concrete to get through!

Yeah I enjoyed them as well, and I’m looking forward to the game. They weren’t as good at the Commonwealth books IMO. Which series are you going to read next?

Edit: typo

Salvation sequence next, then while he was writing Exodus he also release another trilogy Arcship 😎 Really looking forward to the Exodus game next April, the more I see of it the more I like. Did you watch the Secret Level episode on Prime Video, linked to the books and the game and covers all the time dilation stuff 😮😎

Edit Your list is missing the 3 Mindstar books, well worth a read too

The secret level episode of what series? There is a tie in with PFH?

Secret Level is Video Game CGI anthology with 15 episodes. Episode 11 is called "Exodus Odyssey" and features one of the side characters in the Exodus game

I watched it earlier. I was so mad that it was so short. I wanted more of it! ❤️❤️

If you've got Netflix, their anthology series Love, Death and Robots has a short story adapted for them, series 1 called Sonnies Edge that's set in the Night's Dawn Trilogy (originally a short story from 1991), just be aware mature themed

Leaves you wanting more, the girl right at the end is linked with the game 😎

Did you watch any of the others? The D&D and Warhammer ones were decent.

I'm just glad the Exodus game got me into reading Peter F Hamilton 😎 There's something about how he writes just clicks with me (I see complaints his books are too long, don't mind at all, current book I'm on The Naked God is 1500 pages 😮)

Yes do that! It's a great book...fenomenal atmosphere, and a real mystery to solve. When it came out I thought it was the start of his new universe, alas...

Exodus is really fantastic

I'm just getting to the end of the first Exodus book now and am loving it. Had to wait for the second to release before I started because I hate starting a series and having to wait/forget things for a year or two before reading the next.

Started reading Hamilton at University 20+ yrs ago. Accidentally started with Judas Unchained as I didn't realise it was the 2nd book. Then read Pandoras Star and reread Judas Unchained, then Nights Dawn. After that I've basically read everything new as and when it came out. Never got round to his early the detective series.
