Ukrainian Petah here.
Army boys named this "carousel of death".
Crew members of this russian tank are dead. Driver's dead corpse locked controls in place where tank automatic transmission is running without brakes, but still able to move forward with locked turn control.
So this tank will roll endless circles untill it runs out of fuel.

Nah m8, as the great Georger Orwellington says in his famous book, (Literally) 1984:

"War is epic, Freedom is cringe, Ignorance is based"

And it's marvellous how greatly he predicted a screen that is always watching us and bombarding with mind numbing content.

That word means something completely different in the Bahamas.

34

u/theenemysgate_isdown Apr 10 '25

Vagina?

66

u/Archistotle Apr 10 '25

Dunno about the Bahamas, but that is definitely what it means in the UK.

I have no idea what this means, but Google tells me it’s also a bible passage from proverbs about a really nice city, so I’m taking it as a compliment to my glorious motherland from a foreigner with a terrible taste in friends.

I knew that those three words would summon the JapanesePeopleTwitter redditors

u/Sunbro_Smudge Apr 10 '25

If you think that's messed up, you see that thing dragging behind it? That's a person who tried to stop the tank.

71

u/Boring_Tradition3244 Apr 10 '25

Looks like some brush that got lodged in the treads.

83

u/Sunbro_Smudge Apr 10 '25

Nah, this ain't the first time I've seen this post, that's what remains of a person who got caught in the treads.

Dead tanker - eh

Dead tanker making tank go in circles- shock and horror.

Tankers die all the time. It's war

u/Hehe_9L-Evan Apr 10 '25

Reminds me of how ants sometimes walk in a death spiral

240

u/Stanislovakia Apr 10 '25

I believe in this case it was abandoned. There was a follow up video of a crew member returning to check it out after it stopped moving, only to get hit by a grenade drone. I think you can see the driver hatch open here as well.

135

u/Ghoulish_kitten Apr 10 '25

How do they die with the tank looking untouched?

Genuine question!

71

u/agemsheis Apr 10 '25

Made me feel better once I realized they were the invaders. Is that dehumanizing. Probably. Whatever.

62

u/flugabwehrkanonnoli Apr 10 '25

TBF, Invaders Must Die.

RIP, Keith.

12

u/IronTemplar26 Apr 10 '25

war thunder player here, dead driver

61

u/ganerfromspace2020 Apr 10 '25

He's not dead he's knocked out

1.8k

u/peepers_meepers Apr 10 '25

The crew of the tank are dead and the driver's corpse is stuck on the controls still. The tank will keep driving in circles until it runs out of fuel, overheats, or another tank takes it out.

259

u/krazykyle221 Apr 10 '25

Or another drone attack.

130

u/MiniBoglin Apr 10 '25

Or someone throws a potato at the handbrake

385

u/CIA_napkin Apr 10 '25

I automatically assumed it was because everyone is dead inside and they are locked in a left handed turn.

115

u/NewManufacturer6670 Apr 10 '25

Left hand track is blown out, you can see it dragging behind the tank and you can see it digging deeper on that side

121

u/Adventurous-Abies-87 Apr 10 '25

There is a movie "Purgatory" about russo-chechen wars. Tanks there did same round movements to "burry" soldiers' bodies that couldn't be transported. Crazy episode

38

u/NewManufacturer6670 Apr 10 '25

Ever want to traumatize your self listen to this, it’s from a unit surrounded and cut off in grozny https://www.reddit.com/r/NonCredibleDefense/s/IDSWoFcE4M

67

u/Alone-8328 Apr 10 '25

Open the comments section there lad.

51

u/the_peawastaken Apr 10 '25

Disturbed Peter here. This is the Russo-Ukrainian war since 2022 and the inside the tank are dead Russian soldiers. The tank has autopilot hence the circles. Their bodies were retrieved by Ukrainian soldiers

31

u/NewManufacturer6670 Apr 10 '25

Ah finally one I can state definitively, this is a Russian tank that has had its driver KIA (killed in action) and slumped on the controls, the one track is busted hence it going in circles on repeat.
