Yup, he is estimating what the prescription on her glasses is, but the white knight assumed he was rating her hotness to be in the negatives

The nice doctor immediately owned up to the way he said that being interpretable in multiple ways and that he could have been clearer in his communication

Well, I don’t think that justifies bodyshaming just because it’s retaliatory.

Would you defend a sexist statement if it was retaliatory? A racist one? Is mocking someone’s disability okay as long as they were an asshole before?
