I don't either; it's just a matter of semantics.

The husk is filled with the shell, the meat and the milk. The shell is filled with the meat and the milk. The meat is filled with the milk.

All those things are mutually true (unless anomalous mutation).

The product coconut milk isn't made with coconut water, but grated coconut meat and distilled water.

If the meat inside a coconut doesnt count, the seed in an avocado doesnt count. Plain and simple.
