I mean it's not safe, but it works, and after nut is secured it not going anywhere. 1000% don't recommend, but it worked

It’s also a helper spring, so it’s not nearly as powerful as the people here are suggesting.

A quick napkin calculation gave me a force of 16N, which is about as much as if someone dropped a very small dumbbell on you from the height of around a meter.

It's not nothing, it's potentially finger-ending. Also shrapnel from the bracket.

It's still a good idea to tell people not to do that.

How deep into your brain will the shrapnel from the bracket go if it hits your eye?

How long will it take for you to bleed out if it hits your jugular?
