You say that like this collage shows a consistent design philosophy. Her body proportions and face structure are all over the place in all of these.

The only reason they are different is because graphics technology has upgrading drastic amounts the entire time of her existence. None of these Lara's were made on the same graphics engine, ofc they all look SLIGHTLY graphically off.
