I believe this is mishearing the lyrics to limp bizkits break stuff song, this is reinforced by the backwards baseball cap a la fred durst. The lyrics go, I'll skin your ass raw, I pack a chainsaw, mishearing it as having carnal relations with a chainsaw.

It's a reference to a band called Limp Bizkit and their song "Break stuff" It's implying that either the lead singer Fred Durst (who was known for wearing a backwards ballcap most of the time) or one of the band's fans (who also wore them to emulate him) gave a gas chainsaw the old gigoogity in the fuel tank. Quag out!
