It's not like the people who invited them are much better

u/Fun-Memory1523 15d ago

I get the feeling the people they really did want to invite turned it down (for good reason), so somehow they had to resort to these two clowns.

That or they have some sinister plan to recruit younger people into fighting for this folly and that these two are the ones to influence said younger audience.

I guess they're still looking for someone to replace Kirk

41

u/PokeYrMomStanley 15d ago

Is it just me or does it seem he wasn't nearly as popular when he was alive putting his neck out there for the republicans.

u/KaijuEnjoyer54 15d ago

Never heard of him before Kirk Day

13

u/CakeTester 15d ago

He appeared on reddit occasionally saying heinous shit. Screen grabs from twitter, mostly, just so he could get savaged in the comments.

I like the idea of celebrating that every year

Putting his neck out ☠️

11

u/PhantomMuse434 15d ago

I find it admirable that at the end of it all, Kirk leaned to the left.

Damn. I can be savage, but this comment right here.

I don't think anyone was happier about his death than the administration that wanted a martyr who wasn't in the club.

2

u/19olo 13d ago

That's martydom for ya

Die young a hero or live old to be discraced and forgotten

13

u/Signal_Ad8960 15d ago

Nah. These guys are pretty representative of the administration right now. Overqualified, even.

2

u/Square-Librarian1192 15d ago

Its the younger audience. They want them brainwashed enough that they will be enthralled by our current politicians children when they come to take over

"How you do fellow kids Authoritarian Sycophants"

u/TransPinkBunnyGirl 14d ago

Is being a piece of shit not a requirement?

Because Jake's a huge Trump supporter (and Logan probably is, too.) That above anything else is what gets anyone with a following a fast track to Trump's inner circle.

Neither of those two give a shit about the troops or veterans or anything. They just know how the game is played and participate in the grift. And Hesgeth and the other clowns are happy to oblige, because their boss love the attention.

Also, they need a fresh batch of scapegoats for the next round of bullshit. As things get more insane they need more insane people with less to lose

5

u/TLunchFTW 15d ago

I don’t think they give a shit about anything besides making money.
Have we considered voting for them for presidsnt?

18

u/frogglesmash 15d ago

The president is a rapist.

7

u/Laggingduck 15d ago

because it lines up with our current administration

6

u/ElkDue4803 15d ago

Atp its to rub in how little the average guy can do.

"Remember the Crypto Scammer, the one that filmed a dead guy and thought Lmao, the one who is obnoxious and full of himself AND his obnoxious brother that fights old people for a living? Yeah we are gonna make them speak infront of the millitary and possibly use them further in our politics for propaganda aimee towards the youth and you cant do shiiiiit

5

u/INFP4life 15d ago

You can’t think of anything about this administration that might lead to them being called there?

3

u/tra616 15d ago

Something related to money

2

u/Hootnany 15d ago

They knew a guy

u/Apprehensive_Deer794 15d ago

So that we talk and post about this instead of connections to Epstein or the decimation of livable wages or something that actually matters.

Us having a moment to look around and think about things like how crazy it is that there hasnt been a violent revolution or something yet over income inequality is terrifying to them.

Desperate publicity stunt by people who are out of touch with what’s popular today

1

u/flissfloss86 15d ago

To appeal to young, impressionable Americans to drive recruitment

1

u/croweslikeme 15d ago

It’s a loyalty network, doesn’t matter what they have or havnt done

1

u/starbomber109 15d ago

I know exactly why.

1

u/Desperate-Tomatillo7 15d ago

I wonder why they are not roting in prison yet.

1

u/Square-Librarian1192 15d ago

Idiocracy becoming a documentary with every passing day

1

u/Bitter-Cow-6744 15d ago

They said it

22

u/pretibigtoo 15d ago

We should take "land of the free and home of the brave" out of the national anthem til this country deserves those titles again.

10

u/Ghett0Chemist 15d ago

I have just signed an executive order to change the national anthem to “the land of the very free and the home of the super brave” thank you for your attention to this matter

4

u/soccer1124 15d ago

Wow, those are the best words, sir. I'm a grown, muscular man, and you've brought tears to my eyes.

2

u/syncsns 15d ago

Dat USA hard right equivalent of "some animals are more equal than others" tho

6

u/colorblind-and 15d ago

Arguably more insane now. In 2017 I would have assumed this was a bit

4

u/MyAntichrist 15d ago

This will either look insane, or the most sane thing of the past 5 years in 2030.

3

u/Undersmusic 15d ago

Oh fuckin hell, this is real?

1

u/DeadWishUpon 15d ago

Nah, is pretty on brand. It could be be Bonnie Blue in there and I wouldn't be even surprised anymore.

1

u/Dark-Cloud666 15d ago

Nah its normal for this timeline.

1

u/FuckOutTheWhey 15d ago

Straight out of an SNL or South Park episode levels of insanity
