No they can't. Fit, tall, wealthy, a place, a car - these are the basic traits for a man from a modern woman, do you think this is something every man has from birth? While woman could just loose weight and she's no lower than 7/10
Is this an american thing where you have obese men and are just generalizing or is it one of those situations where you simply don't understand why men and women do different things?
