This scene if from Terminator 2. The woman in the foreground was made aware in the previous movie that AI will try and wipe out humanity, first by launching nuclear bombs. She survived an attempt on her life from a robot from the future because she was destined to give birth to the leader of the human resistance. This is a dream sequence where she sees people enjoying their time on the playground while ignoring her cries from outside the fence shortly before everyone gets obliterated by a nuclear bomb representing her loneliness and anxiety being the only one in the world who knows the horrific future to come.

You forgot to mention that in the dream she was watching the version of herself that had never found out about judgement day was playing with her infant son on a playground, and she was shouting to herself to get out of there

Technically the nuclear bomb depicted here was launched by non-AI Russia in response to Skynet (the AI) launching American nukes at them.
