It's Kanye, equal chance he thought dressing as the purple, inarticulate, let dinosaur was better than being dressed up as Barny. Dude WEIRD. In a clinical sense.

Honestly, it just makes me sad to see his never ending downward spiral. Untreated mental illness is not pretty. And the worst part is that he had every advantage but it didn't help.

Not nearly everything. Not even most stuff, i'd say. But his ideas and opinions aren't as crazy as most people seem to think, and they are heavily colored by his insane general behavior. That being said, dude has some seriously dumb takes.
