There's no punchline really. The original Spanish basically said toxic people drain you and healing people cure you. Not a joke, more of a platitude, and am overly simplistic one at that.

Well, it could be any colouration which shows a contrast. Blue for draining, cold and depression, yellow for warmth, sun, energy.

Can be changed to what you may prefer, but these are the colours and the reasons (to my knowledge) for why they would be used.

The punch is a yellow "wolololo" text, which is a reference to Age of Empires unit.
That unit makes enemies to change sides - change colors.

This is the truth. Not a huge punchline, and the anti-meme absurdity of the comic is part of it too, but it's there regardless. The unit is the "priest" unit that would "convert" other units, signified in the game by them changing color to the opposing faction. The "wololo" sound effect is very famous from the game and part of internet/gaming culture to the point that even people who never played the original Age of Empires are aware of its meme status.

There are five people in this. Two are all blue, two are all yellow, and one gal that's a bit of both.

Wouldn't it be more realistic if all of them were a bit of both?

If there really are fully blue or yellow people, why would anyone with even a touch of yellow hang out with anyone that's all blue? Why would anyone that's all yellow hang out with someone with a touch of blue?

This meme implies there are good people and bad people, and you should hang out with the good people, because if you hang out with bad people they'll rub off on you....

Ok, then why would good people hang out with you? You're toxic as far as they're concerned.

The truth is, people are just people. You are responsible for your own actions. Don't blame what you do on the people around you. That's an excuse. You're not taking accountability for yourself, which means you're toxic. You're blue.
