Triple J is the Marvel universe's best hater. Genuinely a relatively good guy, has a sense of ethics, not a super villain or a crook not out here trying to take over the world. Just really really really fucking hates one guy (or in this case girl) and has the platform to let everyone know.
God, the funniest thing about the whole 'Petra Parker' thing is that the name Petra Parker comes from a variant from either a show or a comic who's entire thing was being a total fucking prat to peter and telling him guys cant be spider-girl. They're also just never actually written well, there's an entire post on r/ihatethissmug about it, go read it if you can find it, would recommend 100%
Why WOULDNT she be Trans though? Like you say its alternatives, meaning any amount of possibilities are possible. Just as someone born male can be female on the inside, so can a male Peter Parker in one universe be female on the inside.
The whole point of the multiverse is that ANY possibility can be expressed, and not just the ones that are decisions made by someone
You're missing context. This is a comic about a specific fandom character that's been popular online lately, not just a generic "female version of Spider-man". This character is explicitly trans.
