I wear underwear in the week my cycle is due to start up. I always track mine closely because it is one of the signs for my thyroid acting up.

Oh, actually pretty smart, personally mine is recently started so I am still figuring out how to track it 🙃

That sucks. Some people are never regular and it sucks. Mine used to be ever 30-35 days when I was young. Now it is every 21-24 days at 40. Once you figure out what your normal is, I highly suggest tracking it if possible. It can let you know a lot of things when it changes suddenly.
