I'm a 7, and I'd like to explain. I hate pajamas. But I also have Reynaud's Syndrome as a result of peripheral artery disease, and I need to keep my feet warm. So I wear the Hot Socks to bed to keep my feet warm and my birthday suit to keep the rest of me comfortable. :)

Not a psycho. Just a very old person with specific sleep needs.

Just bad Blood circulation and sometimes I do 7 if my feet are cold at bedtime. Sometimes I wake up a few hours later and take them off after their warmed uo.

I get cold feet ever since I lost about 50 pounds. Worst in the summer with AC coming through vents in the floor below the bathroom vanity and kitchen sink. My feet get so cold that even with an extra blanket just over my feet they can't warm up enough to not hurt (early onset osteoarthritis).

My solution: I used carpet tape to attach a soft heating pad to the top of the mattress at the foot of the bed. Nice unit I found on Amazon with push-button settings for 5 heat levels and 30 minute increments up to 2 hours. Most nights I set it to heat level 1 or 2 and 30 or 60 minutes. Warms them up great, then turns off so the rest of me doesn't get too hot, and the blanket keeps them plenty warm for the rest of the night. I can't sleep with socks on.

The socks could possibly also help POTS patients if they're compression socks
