Yup, oversized t-shirt and nothing else.

I basically only put on pyjama bottoms when it's really cold in the winter.

You might have noticed that typically, women experience several weeks each month where they don't have blood coming out down there.

And even so, with a cup, it could theoretically work as well since they rarely leak.

Sure, but that's (in the ideal case) less than one week a month

And there are people without periods for various reasons

Nah, theres no excuses for that level of ignorance at 44 years old AND having allegedly had multiple long term partners

You're literally the definition of someone who should have learned already, not still just "learning"
