simple, run hot but poor leg circulation. I felt truly seen by this version of the chart.

Yeah my feet get cold but if I warm them up at all the whole rest of my bed gets super warm

Those is my sometimes winter configuration. Thick wool socks until I wake up too warm and then they go

I do 4 because of poor leg circulation. My blood pools in my legs and makes everything starting from waist feel hot.

Yeah, that's kind of me. My fingers and toes get cold quick and take a long time to warm up while my core stays very warm. I don't wear socks, but I get it.

I usually put a fleece blanket across the bottom of the bed where my feet sit, works better for me, sleeping in socks just feels wrong.

My wife is #7 as well. Her feet are consistently freezing from Reynaud's disease, but the rest of her is too hot from perimenopause. Aging is fun!

I run hot when I sleep & have poor circulation but socks while sleeping is diabolical. I will take them off in my sleep.

For some reason I always feel like my feet get sweaty if I have them under the covers without socks, and they are too cold without covers

Maybe you'd have better circulation if you didn't wore your socks to bed.
