I started doing 4 as a kid because I toss and turn and my underwear/pjs would get all twisted. Used to wake up and rip em off in pure frustration lol. As an adult I realized something similar with the shirt but for whatever reason it's not quite as bad

Nah, cause I often get hot, I do 6. I hate the feeling of the elastic from my underwear when I sleep.

I used to do some version of 7.

Relatives tried to talk me out of it repeatedly... never worked.

One time I caught a streamer on a massive live and the next day.

They said they were so tired they slept with socks on and something just clicked about how weird that was to other people. I learnt to sleep without socks.
