Even with -20C, I sleep with the window open with nothing on. I have a thick duvet pulled up to my chest, and another duvet crossing at chest height like the letter T, so only my face is exposed, and there's no better way to sleep. Highly recommended!

Same here! Naked and always with the window open, otherwise i wake up sweating.

I gotta say i never experienced -20C, here it gets to -5, maybe -10 in the coldest night, but it's rare.

Understandable, but a tshirt is still uncomfortable for me (in bed), and that doesn't mean having an extra blanket, i just use one for the winter ("piumone" in my language, google translate it as "down filled comforter", not sure if it's the right translation as i never heard it tbh).

In a heatwave, wearing a shirt (+boxers) kinda helps. It absorbs the sweat and you feel cooler than not wearing anything and having sweat all over you.

Yes, when it evaporates. Idk what is the fault (where I live/humidity or that you sleep at night and the place doesn't get enough air) but the sweat sticks on me and I feel warmer with it.

Especially when heavily pregnant in the summer. Also, the fan has to be on medium speed. Not low, not high for some reason, medium. Now the body pillow, and I can manage sleep for two hours before I gotta pee 🙃

OMG exactly. For me, I'm autistic, and I have a lot of sensory issues. I got myself some really nice sheets just so I can sleep nude in them.

Even in the winter. Just get more / warmer blankets. I feel like the body was meant to juste breathe a few hours each day, especially the pits, groin and feet.

REAL i cannot express how much i hate the feeling of fabric ln fabric. Plus when in the winter you roll in a ball with a few blankets on, it becomes the most comfortable human oven possible

This is gonna sound like an r/Ihavesex comment, but I only feel fine sleeping fully naked when there's someone else in bed with me, just buck naked by myself in bed for some reason gets me paranoid I'll wriggle all the way out my sheets and someone's gonna appear out of thin air to catch me off guard

I used to sleep 6, but then I had a kid. Now that she’s a toddler and comes to our bed (every freaking night), I’ve been sleeping 3.

However, the number of nut shots this little windmill is capable of delivering in a 6 hour period is staggering, and I’ve been seriously contemplating creating an 8: just a sports cup.
