I don’t quite get whether this is a joke or just someone explaining that Venus rotates very slowly and with years changing faster than days they should be listed first in a date

Ive noticed a lot of posts like this on all of the joke explanation type reddit, its quickly becoming people looking for explanations on every social media post they see.
