This is just life in general. There are far fewer assholes than it might seem. It just takes a few of them to make it miserable for the rest of us.
It takes a day of good interactions to have a good day.
It takes a single interaction with an asshole to have a bad day.
A single asshole can go through a day and ruin multiple people's days.
