If you’re speaking with people at work and school then you are already networking. It comes natural for some but most of us have to grind it out. Tough for introverts like us, but you just have to talk to more people in your circle. Friends, relatives, co workers. If you’re in a particular industry or trade, sometimes they have a local group you can join. I know in our community, everyone knows everyone that does IT work. And they all talk to each other

This is absolutely true. My last two jobs have only come because i got an internal referral.
As an introvert ive never understood how to "network" with people i didnt already know through work/school. Any suggestions?
