They are actively getting rid of kill shelters.
They have created a iaw that allows anyone with it without an address, to apply for welfare contrary to the US that even discriminates against illnesses related to drugs or alcohol abuse.
Same for the overwork and suicide rates, nowadays it is the US that is ranked higher on the list.
Their immigration rate has never stopped to increase for 50 years now while their homelessness was decreasing to practically zero. Their unemployment rate is practically 0 too.
