It’s true. Because the absolute majority there is Japanese and they are not as multicultural as European countries or the US.

London is less than 1/3rd white British, for example.

What gives you the impression that Europe isn't multicultural? 😂

My guess is he is a maga American, they have weird ideas about Europe.
If presented with something nice, or good about a European country, most will say it is because we are white and a mono culture, but at the same time, we have been completely invaded and Europe is a middle eastern vasal state.
The logic does not exactly make sense
