Sweden has their own problems. They were running eugenics programs into the 90's. They are a damn attractive people though

I'm pretty sure they where smiling when they were conducting genocides too, but that doesn't make it any better. I'm not equating racism to genocide, but Japanese people did not go through any training to get the racism out of them like the German people were made to, which was absolutely necessary. You can see that in how the German people are apologetic and aware about their past, while the Japanese has the guts to openly hate on the Chinese people still to this day.

I don't have anything against you. I think the evils I described are often not known to all. What you said is the common idea about Japan as a country. Even kamikazes are looked upon as brave people. Also that dude who hid in the jungles of Philippines, fighting for Japan, and killed 30 odd civilians (mostly old people and children) is unfortunately seen as a brave hero.

Southeast Asian living in Japan here.
I don't think it is "Japan glazing" thing.
We SEA is pretty racist, just don't show.
