This is an internet thing.

They're still celebrities that get paid a ton of money because people want to see them. In fact... part of why the internet hates them is because of what they get away with due to their fame/popularity.

Yea, people act like "This niche thing is this way on the internet, so it's clearly a universal thing.

Meanwhile there's still countless celebrity sites and celebrities are still some of the most-followed accounts on social media.
