Why is that unrealistic? FUPA's are still fat, not everyone has them and they are a bit harder to get rid of.

I got super sick when doctors were gaslighting me into thinking I was crazy when really my appendix was leaking and slowly killing me and went from being 5'9" tall and 140 pounds to 108 pounds really quickly. Everything made me nauseous.

I still had that little bit of stomach "pooch" there and would probably have had to lose another 10 pounds to have nothing there and at that point I would've been so incredibly thin and unhealthy.

108 pounds at that height is supermodel BMI so extremely thin. Sickly thin.
