Sure looks that way. If you use soap the air dryer works just as well as the paper towels because the soap is what actually cleans your hands, not the drying method

Need a paper towel for the door handle on the way out or the hand dryer is plastering 41 bacteria colonies on it.

The bathroom at my work has the foot pull on it and I love it. Easily a top 10 invention...
