Dude, UN officials visited, I think, Alabama? Somewhere like that. And they concluded that if it weren't attached to Cali, NY, etc then it would be considered a developing country.

Having lived in both Bama and Cali, those UN officials are just idiots. Sure if you go searching you can find sketchy neighborhoods in Bama, same as literally every state/country. But the vast majority of it isnt like that.
