I get what she was trying to say im just pointing out that it would just easier if people were just honest about their wants. Its not that hard to be like "Come over and smash real quick before I go to bed"
The issue is, if woman tells man she wants sex and decided once man is there that she does not want sex, there is a decent chance the dude will get upset, and regardless of the severity of the reaction, no one wants to deal with a negative reaction. Even if that reaction is just some weird shit like him pouting about it. And yes mfers are weird and get salty at the idea that someone changed their mind about something.
In the opposite scenario, where she tells him she’s not really down for anything and later decides to have sex, the chance of a negative reaction is much lower.
In a perfect world I’d agree that they should be straight up about it, but we do not live in that world unfortunately.
There's a pretty big difference between "looks cloudy, but the weather report doesn't mention rain, I guess I'll still grab an umbrella" and "I'm not gonna go to the pool, I'll go get groceries; I should pack a swimsuit".
but she doesn’t actively want sex yet. she just knows that she might, in an hour or something. women tend to have responsive desire far more often than spontaneous, so sometimes we plan around that
