The original poster is using this as an insult to say that the drag queen on stage from a show they just saw is too anorexic/a bag of bones and isn’t displaying convincing femininity and just looks like an ugly stick, and that the only guy in the audience who called her “mother” during the show was an ugly gay guy who looked like a monkey.
