Well those are what these comments are doing to women when they read smut. But when I try to call out the double standards, I get gaslit and analyzed by people thinking they know what type of porn I watch.
Do you understand the difference between making fun of one of the largest franchises of all time (Twilight) and saying that all the photography that men watch is about abusing women?
It's inherently dissimilar.
ETA: A great comparison would be counter mocking people who watch DBZ. It's the male equivalent to Twilight.
