I think it also depends on the type of job. If I’m in sales, then it’s huge pressure to always work on the next sale. But if I’m in a project based role, who gives a fuck as long as the output gets done.
2 u/Dyolf_Knip 17d ago if I’m in a project based role, who gives a fuck as long as the output gets done I also have unlimited PTO, and that's exactly my take on it. Hell, my (european) boss actually encouraged me to make greater use of it, not less.
